We respect your privacy. This policy explains how Glow Challenge (operated by CoolSore) handles information.
1. Information we process
- Gameplay data (on device): solve time, difficulty, torch reward duration, and recent results — stored on your device by default.
- Install ID: a local identifier for customer support. It is not a login account, may change after reinstall, and is not uploaded to our own servers by default.
- Purchases: the Remove Ads purchase is handled by Apple StoreKit. We only store unlock status on device.
- Advertising: if you have not purchased Remove Ads, Google AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers under Google’s policies.
- Camera / flashlight: used only to control the flashlight after a challenge. We do not capture or upload photos.
2. How we use information
- Provide sudoku challenges, timing rewards, flashlight, results, and sharing.
- Manage Remove Ads and rewarded bonus time.
- No CoolSore cloud account is required; core play runs on device.
3. Third parties
- Apple: payments, restore purchases, and the system share sheet.
- Google AdMob: ad delivery and measurement. See Google’s privacy documentation for details.
4. Storage
- Results, Remove Ads status, and Install ID stay on device by default.
- Deleting the app may clear local data; purchases can be restored with the same Apple ID.
5. Permissions
- Camera: flashlight control.
- Tracking (if prompted): more relevant ads; you may decline.
6. Children
This app is not directed at children.

We may update this policy. The latest version on this page and in the app applies. Questions: email us and include your Install ID from About if possible.
